Administrator/Data Transfer - Nuneaton - ongoing temp £15.00 per hour - hours negotiable Home based with one day a week in Nuneaton offices I am currently recruiting for a well-known company to work within the administration department of their office. This is a remote working role who are also very flexible with working hours. You will be dealing with:* Collating and preparing product complaint data from reports, systems and emails.* Inputting all this information into the complaints system* Reviewing and grading product complaints that have been added into the complaints system.* Chasing suppliers for responses on complaints* Support to the admin/complaints department on other ad hoc tasks * Reviewing and grading of reported product complaints, liaising with suppliers and composing responses for customer services where necessary.* Distributing customer services queries received to relevant teams as appropriate and responding accordingly.* Registration of new products with the authorities through the relevant online portals.Previous experience required: * Must have Internet connection.* Good It skills including excel* Data entry This is an ongoing temporary assignment.
