A Day in the Life of a CPN:

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within an Adult CMHT (18-65) and make a real difference in the lives of service users. Your core responsibilities include:? Carrying a caseload and providing comprehensive mental health assessments.? Medication management and participating in duty rotas.? Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.? Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists.? Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development.? Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

? Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.? Prior experience in community mental health.? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.? Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.? Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care.? May be possible for some part remote working.
