Location: NuneatonRemuneration: Up to £24,000 + Bonus, Circa £250 per monthBenefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Internal Sales Coordinator - Concrete Lintels / Fencing Posts will involve:
- Selling a range of pre cast concrete lintels, fence posts and concrete T-beams
- Selling into national and independent builders merchants, merchant buying groups as well as large fencing contractors
- Deal with incoming enquiries via telephone & email
- Produce quotes for customers and follow them up in a prompt manner
- Pass leads onto the external sales team where necessary
- Assist the wider sales team with general administration
- Upsell & cross selling where possible and promoting the whole range of products
- Updating the CRM system and utilising Barbour ABI leads
The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales Coordinator - Concrete Lintels / Fencing Posts with:
- Must have office experience, ideally sales but would consider; sales support, customer service, administration, telesales
- Must have experience talking to customers on the telephone
- Ideally will have experience with building, concrete or fencing products
- Exceptional telephone manner and experience of cold calling
- Tenacious, hungry and ambitious personality
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- IT Literate
