As part of a large-scale site transformation project at our Nuneaton site, this FTC position is a key role to support the successful implementation and utilisation of the Harford system, which we are using to drive the digitisation of routines across teams in the production environment to manage OEE and product quality.


To drive the project towards a successful conclusion, we are looking to you as an Analyst, Operational Technology (OT) to bring relevant internal and external stakeholder to communicate project progress, gather requirements from teams, support the development and deployment of SOPs, facilitate systems testing, and collect data to ensure processes are running efficiently.


You will be working as a go-to individual for all matters relating to the Harford system and project, and well offer you the opportunity to understand the system and processes in place to support your ability to deliver.


We are open to professional backgrounds for this position perhaps you hand first-hand experience going through a system implementation as a production operative or from a quality position. Maybe you have some BA experience with system implementations within a manufacturing or production environment. Or you have recently graduated university with a strong knowledge of working with data, engineering teams, and/or engineering businesses.

YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

Developing and execute a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful system implementation.

Supporting the development and transition of SOPs to operational and technical teams.

Liaising with Harford vendor to implement Harford aligned to industry best practices.

Acting as the primary technical lead between key functions to facilitate meetings to ensure alignment, communicate and influence project progress, risks, and solutions, and flexibly engaging with shifts in a 24/7 production environment.

Working with technical and engineering teams to ensure integration with existing site infrastructure.

Coordinating and progress system testing to identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues during implementation ensure the system meets operational requirements.

Arranging training programs for end-users and ensuring they are proficient in using Harford system and providing ongoing support during the go-live phase, addressing queries to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Ensuring accurate data capture and analysis within Harford to support OEE management and quality assurance processes and generating reports for stakeholders to highlight and influence areas for improvement.

Capture and document lessons learned throughout the project to inform future implementations and systems upgrades.

Embed system SME knowledge and processes to BAU stakeholders following project completion, providing documentation, access, and familiarity of the software.

Technically astute with an understanding of QMS / CMMS platform utilisation.

Able to display an understanding of high-speed manufacturing lines and processes associated within the industry.

A proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships in cross-functional teams.

Someone with high level of attention to detail and organisational skills with an understanding of project planning and execution.

Able to demonstrate the ability to adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment.

Willing to support the wider project by taking on additional training and responsibilities to ensure the successful installation and utilisation of the Harford system.
