This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to step into a senior leadership position, shaping the strategic direction of the Private Client Department.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be supported by other Private Client lawyers and experienced support staff members. 

The role will involve:

• Taking full responsibility for leading and developing the Private Client department
• Driving growth, mentoring team members, and ensuring efficiency and profitability of the Private Client Department
• Dealing with a varied caseload of private client matters 
• Playing a key role in business development, client relationship management, and shaping the department’s growth

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (NQ to 4 years' PQE) 
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience in handling a caseload of private client work 
• Excellent client care skills

This is a full-time permanent position based at the office in Nuneaton, working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be accommodated following an initial settling-in period.
