Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Pumps

Location: Field-based, Central England (precise territory based on your location)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

Job Purpose:

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead business growth in a crucial market? This role offers the chance to drive the development of our clients submersible pump business across the UK and Ireland. Youll be responsible for building market share in key sectors like construction, mining, and quarrying, using both direct and indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and act on new market opportunities through research and analysis of industry trends.

  • Provide expert technical advice on submersible pump products, supporting both clients and internal teams.

Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the pumps or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Technical understanding of submersible pump systems and their applications.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop effective business strategies.
