Business Development Manager | Nuneaton | Full Time | Competitive Salary, plus commission with Access to Company Van

Our client is an innovative, eco-friendly eBike brand committed to delivering high-quality electric bikes as a sustainable transport solution. With an expanding customer base and a strong product offering, our client is looking for four highly motivated Business Development Managers to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to drive sales, build relationships and be part of an exciting, fast-growing brand.

As a proactive Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and partnership strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a sales role, preferably within the electric mobility industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Motivated, initiative-taking, results-driven, and passionate about sustainable transport and innovative technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence with all Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)

What will your role look like?

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry and customer feedback
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial contact to the final delivery and post-purchase support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
