Veracious Talent Partners are partnering with a leading UK retailer as they look to strengthen their transactional finance team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate taking their first step into Accountancy & Finance or an AAT studier eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent career progression.
The Role:Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in sales and cash reconciliations, ensuring the company maintains a strong cash position.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete daily sales-to-cash reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end processes, including journal postings and reconciliations.
- Manage control account clearances and manual adjustments.
- Validate and post online orders weekly.
- Report and investigate banking discrepancies.
- Assist with sales, banking queries, and external audit figures.
- Provide team support and cover when needed.
