Key Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Significant experience and understanding of learning disabilities and complex care needs/behaviours
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (mileage paid for external visits)
  • Commitment to spend time within services across the country
  • Willingness to share on-call duties

Role Overview:
As a Supported Living Service Manager, you will oversee a cluster of single occupancy supported living services. The individuals you will support primarily have a diagnosis of Learning Disability and complex health needs, including behaviours that challenge.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the services
  • Manage rotas and ensure staff training
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards
  • Lead reviews and update support plans and PBS plans
  • Liaise with families and professionals
  • Conduct regular visits to the homes of the people we support
  • Coach and mentor your team to achieve high standards of care

You will be supported by the Head of Supported Living to ensure the smooth running of the services and the delivery of high-quality care.
