We strive to empower every student to achieve their full potential.Role Overview:We are looking for dedicated and experienced Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis. Candidates should have a proven track record of working with individuals with disabilities and a strong desire to contribute to their educational journey.Main Duties:

  • Deliver personalised support to students with diverse special educational needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to enhance student learning.
  • Track and communicate student progress and well-being.
  • Provide personal care support to students when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to SEN education.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in special education are advantageous but not mandatory.
