SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate

Location: Nuneaton
Pay: 85-100 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join a fantastic school in Nuneaton as an SEN Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for those looking to build experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs-perfect for those considering a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, or teaching.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for secondary students with SEN
  • Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Using psychology based strategies to support behaviour and learning
  • Helping students build confidence, independence, and communication skills


What We're Looking For:

  • A psychology (or related) degree
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • A proactive and patient approach
