The Role:
This full-time role sits within the Marketing and PR department. Managing the internal Design Studio and Creative Production Teams of c. 13 people. You will be developing impactful creative and visual executions across marketing channels aligned to our brand identity, delivering creative solutions across our stores and digital touchpoints.
As Head of Design Studio, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Design Studio and Creative Content teams output.
- Externally focused digital, visual, video and print assets, including CRM (web and email)
- Timely delivery of In store POS, demonstrating customer focussed design solutions.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering outputs on time and within budget
- DevelopinG and delivering best-in-class creative content for all channels
- Creating and production accountability across photography, videography, editing and animation.
- Effective relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders
- Consistent interpretation of design briefs delivering creative output within the brand guidelines
- Presenting design concepts up to director level and managing feedback
- Line managing & nurturing the teams
LOCATION:? This role is based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to our London Hub or other H&B locations as needed. We offer hybrid working arrangements, supporting flexibility and productivity, with a requirement of at least 2 days per week in the office.
The Person:
KEY REQUITEMENTS:
- Creative leadership experience with a passion for great content
- Previous experience/knowledge in retail design is advantageous, but not essential
- Understanding of the application of design across printed media and digital screens
- Ability to translate creative ideas into high performing creative content across print, visual, video and digital assets
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail, with ability to stay on task to meet production deadlines
- Proactive, engaging style, able to collaborate and positively influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Design skills and photography & videography expertise
- Design and/or specific Project Management skills
- Co-operative team player
- A talent for creativity and problem-solving
- Ability to work across channels and departments
