We are excited to be working with a reputable Logistics company who are a leader in their field and have an fantastic opportunity to join their team in Nursling, Hampshire! Our client is looking for a Traffic Administrator who has strong administrative skills and is looking to join a friendly and dynamic team on a full time permanent basis.

The Role:

Our client is looking to recruit someone with previous administration experience and can be part of the companies continued success. This role will be office based and unfortunately does not offer remote or hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry on Excel spreadsheets and the company system
  • Managing fuel cards
  • Managing PODs
  • Generating reports and analysing statistics
  • Processing any parking or driving fines accordingly
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Answering incoming calls from staff and customers
  • Dealing with any invoicing queries
  • Responding to e-mails
  • Any other general administrative duties required within the team

Key Skills:

  • Previous administration experience from within a transport or warehouse environment would be an advantage
  • Previous experience of managing the customer service and invoice processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate - experienced in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
  • Strong customer service skills

Hours:

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (hours can be negotiable but must be full time).
