Assistant HR Business Partner or Recruitment onboarding superhero. Are you a recruitment enthusiast with a passion for creating seamless onboarding experiences? We’re searching for a HR Partner to be the cornerstone of the HR team, ensuring that the pivotal recruitment and onboarding processes are as smooth and effective as possible.Day to day: In this role, your main focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, ensuring that new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into our community. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting managers throughout the employee lifecycle.- Lead Recruitment Efforts: Work alongside our HR team to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to finalising offers, ensuring we attract top talent.- Streamline Onboarding: Develop and refine our onboarding module, making it easier for new starters to hit the ground running, and ensure all processes comply with the latest legislation.- Support Probationary Success: Guide managers through the probation process, helping new employees meet their goals and succeed from day one.What's in it for you? This role is your chance to make a tangible impact on recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we bring in and retain the best talent which ultimately invests in the next generation.
