People Advisor – Recruitment & HR SystemsLocation: Fully Onsite | Industry: Education | Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced People Advisor with a passion for recruitment, HR systems, and process improvement? This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and ensuring HR best practices.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job descriptions, compliance (KCSIE), and onboarding.
  • Support HR system improvements, particularly onboarding modules within iTrent.
  • Audit recruitment processes, maintain policies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Guide managers on probation reviews, performance support, and employee retention.
  • Generate HR reports, contribute to Gender Pay reporting, and analyze exit trends.
What You’ll Need:
  • Strong recruitment experience with a focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (ideally iTrent) and data reporting.
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritize tasks, and remain adaptable under pressure.
