Venture Contrcts is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to joina well-established and family-run property development company, Specializing in sustainable building projects for both residential and commercial sectors across the South East and Midlands, andare committed to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions
• Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Supporting the Finance Director with budgeting and financial reporting
• Assisting with payroll and maintaining accurate financial records

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the construction or property sectors
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
