Team Leader

Team Leader required in Offenham!!!

Job Role:

The role on offer is based at a very well established companybasedinOffenham.The day to day duties of the Team Leader will consist of;

• Running a team of 10-20 staff members.
• Aiding with Stacking of pallets.
• Packing of products.
• Ensuring health and sfaty is met at all times.
• Ensuring daily targets are being hit.
• Reporting to senior management team.
• Ensuring proucts are suitable for dispatch.

Personal Qualities:

• Physically fit.
• Able to work as a team but also on your own.
• Communitive English (Basic).
• Experince manageing a small team (Supervisor or Team Lead)
• Moviating.
• Attention to detail.

Hours:

Ongoing work, 6:00 - 7:00am until finish.
Monday to Friday

Pay:

• 12.21p/h
