Role Profile
Our client is a family run business in the FMCG industry going through a major growth phase and looking for a Production Manager to join and grow with the business.
If you are looking to join a brand and business on the rise and build and grow your experience at the same time then this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the production function and production team.
- Maintain high standards across the factory and drive continuous improvement with the team.
- Monitor and Develop Teams performance.
- Assist GM and upper management with BRC.
- Ensure smooth running of day to day operations.
- Planning for busy periods and ensuring quality and standards are maintained.
- Sales and Operation Planning - achieving the right balance of supply and demand
Skills & Experience
Skills and personal qualities considered to be essential to the role are:
- Previous production management experience in a Food manufacturing environment.
- People management and development experience.
- Good understanding of RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Ability to identify and push through improvements,
- Proven track record delivering results,
- A hands-on attitude and 'no problem' approach
- Approachable and enthusiastic team player.
Remuneration
35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience, plus benefits,
