Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient management
- Deliver exceptional customer service, lead staff training in service excellence
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic promotions and effective upselling
- Schedule and manage staff, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently achieved
- Engage with guests to share the unique history and offerings of our establishment
- Act as the face of our brand in the community, enhancing our reputation and community presence
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience managing a restaurant or bar, with a background in gastro pubs preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff management and development
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills, adept at storytelling and promoting menu items
- Capable of financial management including budgeting and resource allocation
- Positive and engaging personality, passionate about the hospitality industry
