Location: Oldbury

Pay Rate: 11.54 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

What You'll Do:

  • Scan quotes, orders, delivery notes, warehouse paperwork, etc
  • Process quotations
  • Process sales orders
  • Trade counter notes
  • Release delivery notes
  • Address labels
  • DX & FEDEX labels
  • Warehouse labels
  • Chase DX & FEDEX deliveries and queries
  • Credit card payments
  • Customer material certificates
  • Monitor certification emails for requests
  • Update Excel daily cert spreadsheet
  • Answer and transfer calls

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
