What's on offer:

  • Holiday- 25 days p/a + Bank Holidays (with 3 days to be taken during the Christmas period when the site is closed)
  • Monday and Friday WFH, Tuesday to Thursday office-based (subject to change based on training, support needs, or management requirements)
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
  • Offer contract: for a definite period of time, 1 year with the option to prolong for another year after evaluation.

A Fantastic role has become available to work for a very reputable company based in the Oldbury area for a sales coordinator. The successful person will provide first-class customer service to all customers and support the sales and marketing team with administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities     

  • First person to contact for customers with enquiries including technical requests
  • Process product orders as appropriate
  • Quotation handling
  • Establish primary customer contact activity – relationship development
  • Update and maintain customer data information
  • Promote & support customer use of our e-commerce platform
  • Assist other functions in the company in case of illness or vacation (only in case of need)
  • Continuously staying up to date with products and service offering
  • Knowing the company’s objectives and KPI’s and understanding how these influence daily operations.
  • To follow the rules and policies within the company and to ensure that all transactions and customer contacts are made in accordance
