The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to teach Art & Design in a large, well-equipped Creative Arts Department. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons at Key Stage 3 and 4, inspiring students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills. The department is well-supported, providing a collaborative environment where you can share ideas and grow as a teacher. You will lead your own classes and be encouraged to bring your creativity into the classroom.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will:

Hold a degree in Art & Design and QTS (or be on track to achieve it by September 2025)
Have a strong understanding of the Art & Design curriculum at Key Stage 3 and 4
Be passionate about encouraging creativity and helping students express themselves through art
Be a team player, eager to collaborate with colleagues and share resources and best practices
