Sales and Finance Administrator

Oldbury

£27,000 PA

Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Office Based

Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a skilled Sales and Finance Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales order input and process call off orders
  • Assist in export sales order input when needed
  • Manage shortfall purchasing and produce works orders as required
  • Transfer stock for sales orders as necessary
  • Input net prices and discounts for customers from sales instructions
  • Coordinate the booking and releasing of goods with the warehouse
  • Handle invoicing and provide copy invoices upon customer request
  • Enter invoices into the purchase ledger, including foreign supplier payments
  • Oversee credit control and statements in the sales ledger
  • Support general duties such as holiday and sickness recordings, petty cash management, postage, and filing
  • Address general accounts queries

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales and finance environment
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and finance procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
