Why volunteer for us?

As the UK’s leading advice provider with 20,000 volunteers nationwide, we’re dedicated to enhancing community lives. We aim to expand our impact across Sandwell & Walsall, fostering partnerships and embracing innovation for financial sustainability. This year at the National Citizens Advice Conference, Citizens Advice Sandwell and Walsall were proud to accept an award for Team of the Year for our Care Leavers Project. This project was selected from 130 entries and is a fantastic achievement which shows hard work and dedication to our community. 81% of our people recommend us as a great place to work.

Citizens Advice has been running in Sandwell & Walsall for 75 years. Citizens Advice Walsall was founded in 1939 and one of the first in the UK, originally to help people recover from the war.
