Managing production schedules and material requirements to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Overseeing fabrication and welding activities, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
Providing clear guidance to the Foreman and Coating Plant Supervisor on production priorities and schedules.
Monitoring production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Collaborating with quality assurance to maintain high product standards and drive continuous process improvements.

Production ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience in a production management role.
Strong knowledge of production scheduling/planning and production control.
Proven experience in material planning, fabrication, and welding processes.
Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting.
