  • Managing production schedules and material requirements to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Overseeing fabrication and welding activities, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
  • Providing clear guidance to the Foreman and Coating Plant Supervisor on production priorities and schedules.
  • Monitoring production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance to maintain high product standards and drive continuous process improvements.
Production ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling/planning and production control.
  • Proven experience in material planning, fabrication, and welding processes.
  • Proficiency in using production planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting.
