Site Manager(Civils and Industrial)

Job description

Involve Recruitment are urgently seeking an experienced Civils/Groundworks Manager for works on industrial and commercial civils schemes throughout the Midlands and greater area.

The project will include -

Finishing groundworks, deep drainage, paving, slabbing, foundations, kerbing, drainage and all necessary preparation works and various 278 works

The main duties within this role will include -

. Managing a team of Engineers and multi-skilled Groundworks and plant operatives

. Set out and ensure all levels are correct

- Planning and programming of works

. Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets high quality standards

. Collaborate closely with the Contracts Manager

. Actively participate in the work, providing hands on support

Requirements

. SMSTS Qualification

. First aid qualified

. NRSWA streetworks ticket

. Extensive experience in all aspects of groundworks and civils

. Strong leadership and communication skills

. Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
