Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple decarbonisation projects across the region from start to finish
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage all project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies (SHEQ)
- Build strong relationships with site teams, office staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on project cost and schedule
- Implement high standards of health, safety, and quality across all projects

Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects (experience with public sector decarbonisation/retrofit projects would be a plus but not essential)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Microsoft Project or Aster
- SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card, 1st Aider, CITB Temporary Works Certification (desirable)
- Health and safety awareness and a solid understanding of building regulations
