We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Centre Manager to coordinate and promote a Serviced Office establishment based in the Oldham area. This is a permanent full time role, with the working hours between 9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday. The role is paying up to 30,000 dependant on experience and you will have the ability to earn 25% of your annual salary in bonus payments!

What will you be doing as Business Centre Manager?

  • To develop and foster an environment which identifies all sales opportunities
  • Manage relationships with current tenants, dealing with complaints and building enquiries
  • To ensure the KPIs for each site are being delivered to ensure maximum sales potential being reached.
  • Ensure that the accounts and property departments are informed of issues as necessary.
  • Grow and develop your existing client base by delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of your site - which includes supervision of the maintenance, reception and admin staff within the centre
  • Completion of all renewals & arrears within allocated time scales
