Your new company - This company is a very reputable firm based in the North Manchester area who are keen to find a new Credit Controller to join their team. Your new role - As a Credit Controller your main role will be to manage a ledger of clients and chase outstanding/upcoming payments. Your duties will include;

Managing a ledger of key clients (0 - 30 days)
Chasing outstanding/upcoming payments
Resolving Credit Control issues and proving excellent service to clients
Chasing payments via phone calls, emails and post
Negotiating payment plans
Working closely with the Credit Manager

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Credit Control Experience
Excel knowledge (pivot tables and v-look ups)
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills - able to deal with objections
Self-motivated
