We are looking for a passionate and conscientious teaching assistant to work in a mainstream primary setting at Oldham and surrounding areas. You will be based in a primary classroom, providing support and guidance to all children alongside general classroom duties.

This is a full-time role ( 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM ) available as soon as possible.

You will have the chance to support students, as well as continue your own professional development. It is a highly rewarding role, where qualifications are desired but not required! We are looking for those with experience working with children and/or young people.

ResponsibilitiesEnsuring pupils stay on taskControlling behaviour in the classroomProviding support to children on a 1-to-1 basis or in a group setting when requiredAssisting the teacher in planning engaging lessons for the class in line with the curriculumLiaising with the class teacher and parents to provide the best support.
