Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Executive to support the Managing Director in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and administrative skills, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Maintain organised records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed, demonstrating strong organisational skills in managing deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison for the Director.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Director to support overall office operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience on a PA/EA role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
