We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant/Executive to support the Managing Director in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and administrative skills, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain organised records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, demonstrating strong organisational skills in managing deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison for the Director.
- Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Director to support overall office operations.
Experience
- Proven experience on a PA/EA role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications is essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients alike.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
