This role is ideal for a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record and a desire to join a dynamic team. Our client has strong ties to an award-winning estate agency across the Northwest and Northeast, offering a steady stream of leads generated by their dedicated staff. In the Oldham area alone, the agency lists approximately 90 houses per month, providing you with ample opportunity to connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of professional introducers and offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients across the Oldham area.
  • Provide a remortgage service to the existing client base of the estate agency.
  • Manage your own diary and workload, fostering a strong work-life balance through flexible working.
  • Utilize your expertise to generate your own leads and benefit from an enhanced commission structure.

What Is On Offer:

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success.
  • Full CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualifications.
  • A clean credit history and a full driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload effectively.
