As a trusted advisor to the executive and commercial teams, you'll lead the charge in financial planning, analysis, and control. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments to influence decision-making.
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and delivering meaningful financial insights to drive performance.
• Streamlining processes and enhancing data reporting for improved business intelligence.
• Producing accurate and timely management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.

My client is looking for a high-performing finance professional who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Qualifications & Expertise: ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified with strong financial acumen and leadership skills.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably Sage Line 1000), and financial reporting.
• Leadership Abilities: A proven track record in managing budgets, driving improvements, and leading teams.
