Location: Commutable to North ManchesterRemuneration: £40,000 - £55,000
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Estimator - Interior Fit Out will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with fit-out projects for the hospitality and leisure industries
- Review, analyse and send out all tender packages to clients
- Conducting take offs and pricing different elements of a tender including completing schedule of works or tender return document
- Liaising with clients, architects & cost consultants
- Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Working closely with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the tendering process
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value from £500k to £13m
- Will be required to travel to site when required to attend project meetings (Nationwide)
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Interior Fit Out with
- Must have estimating experience within the interior fit out market sector, ideally within the hospitality and leisure sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
- Resilient individual
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator written and verbally
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player who also works well individually
