Role – Hire Desk Coordinator
Location – Oldham
Type – Permanent
Salary – £26,000-£28,000
Hours - Â Monday-Friday // 8am-5pm
Reed are currently working with a plant and machinery hire company who specialise in offering relocatable renewable energy solutions and solar power generation.
The company have been going from strength to strength and due to this are looking to recruit x2 Hire Desk Coordinator’s to join their team on a permanent basis.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Develop strong customer working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Creating quotes for the customers and following up on the quotes.
- Processing customer orders and monitoring to keep customers up to date
- Liasing internally with operations and transport department to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled within SLA’s
- Work with our approved supply chain to fulfil quotes and orders
- Communicating suppliers to ensure stock and customer expectation can be achieved
- When required, ensure all energy quotations are followed up with a courtesy phone call to answer any further questions or requirements that the customer may have regarding their energy proposal.
- Liaise with the sales team, to ensure all new and existing customer opportunities are followed through effectively
