Based in Oldham near Manchester, our client specialises in repairing and working on new and used vehicles.

What will your role look like?
As the Workshop Manager/Controller, you will oversee a team of four highly skilled technicians, with the potential to expand further. In this role, you'll:
- Manage workshop schedules and job bookings.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate daily tasks and workflow, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard.
- Support and guide the technicians, providing insight and leadership to improve overall performance.
