You will provide expert HR support to senior leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring the successful implementation of HR policies and programs. Your role will involve talent development, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.What You Will Need to Succeed
- CIPD Qualified
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple regions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience in the engineering industry is essential.
