The company is supported by a global network of associates, manufacturing sites, corporate offices, and service branches.Your New RoleAs an HR Business Partner, you will be the key HR contact for the global engineering team (UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland), aligning HR strategies with business goals to enhance performance and growth. You will provide expert HR support to senior leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring the successful implementation of HR policies and programs. Your role will involve talent development, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.What You Will Need to Succeed

  • CIPD Qualified
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple regions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in the engineering industry is essential.
