Whether you're a seasoned Paralegal/Caseworker in the world of Immigration with several years experience or someone who has 6-12 months experience in the field, my client welcomes individuals who are driven, client-focused, and eager to make a meaningful impact.  Responsibilities:
  • Handle a caseload of spouse visa applications, visa extensions, nationality applications, and other private immigration matters - A big focus on Sponsorship Licenses, as my client has a lot of work in this area
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Prepare clients and documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and communications with clients.
Requirements:
  • Paralegal with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in private immigration.
  • Proven ability to handle immigration cases from taking instructions to completing applications.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration procedure rules and relevant laws.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
