The Role
This role will oversee and actively manage the life-cycle of various contracts to support business activity. This role will also support the Company to ensure the robustness of legal related documentation. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders is key to the role.

Main Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the life cycle management of customer focused contractual agreements including:
- Consignment stock management
- Non-Disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Supply Agreements
- Tender documentation
- To ensure that the terms and conditions set out in contractual agreements and other Company documents are accurate and in line with Company guidelines and current legislation.
- To assist in the review of any external questionnaires/portals as it relates to Company terms.
- To monitor and manage the renewal of existing contractual agreements, as well as the introduction of new agreements
- To ensure that externally provided documents are acceptable in relation to Company guidelines, monitoring potential business exposure / risk
- Clarifying and evaluating the needs of the client's goals with all interested parties, whilst safeguarding the company's interests
- To ensure that relevant staff and systems are regularly updated with specific information from the contract process
- Conducting investigations into any contractual disputes
- To assist where required with reports and data analysis
- To work cohesively with all other support functions within the wider Company and carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested

The Candidate
- Must be from a manufacturing environment and have a full understanding of consignment stock.
