Key Responsibilities:

Individualized Support: Assist students with Autism and other SEND in one-to-one and small group settings.

IEP Implementation: Help develop and execute Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

Progress Monitoring: Observe and document student development, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Collaborative Teaching: Work with educators to deliver inclusive teaching methods.

Personal Care Assistance: Support students with personal care needs, with training provided as necessary.

Qualifications:
