FJA are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading company that delivers analogue and discrete power solutions Worldwide. The company specialise in the automotive, industrial, computing, consumer electronics and communications sectors. They are looking to recruit a Graduate Process Engineer to join their busy and growing team. The role will be based in the Greater Manchester area. Benefits in the role of Graduate Process Engineer:

 Graduate Process Engineer responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimise the manufacturing processes including wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing
  • Joining the team responsible for the silicon wafer fabrication process, tools and techniques involved in the manufacture of the companies growing family of semiconductor products for their worldwide markets
  • Training in a specific process area within the business
  • Developing skills and knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process
  • Working closely with the process and product development teams to ensure continued growth and success
  The successful Graduate Process Engineer must have: 
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • The ablility to work independently and form productive working relationships with other departments / teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Motivation to develop technical knowledge, through training, research, and experimentation.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of creating data, graphs and pivot tables in Microsoft Excel and ppt presentations
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
