- Heavy industrial Plant mechanic experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Good interpersonal skills for customer relations.

- Mechanical experience of medium to large drive couplings, brakes and reduction gearboxes.
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with Crawler Crane maintenance and inspection routines preferred.
- Positive attitude towards health and safety.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to overcome technical challenges.
- Willingness to work overtime as per business requirements.
- To undertake build, assembly, diagnostic, service, repair, recovery and technical work on Mobile and Crawler Crane products.
- To investigate specific customer problems on a project by project basis, providing technical reports as may be requested from time to time
- To assist in repairs and maintenance in the field away from the workshop as required from time to time.
- In all activities to ensure that the Safety, Quality, Environmental, HR, Financial and all other operational policies of the company are adhered to and promoted and that company procedures, both operational and administrative are maintained.
