About the Role:

This role involves assisting a Project Manager with administrative tasks for audiovisual (AV) installation projects within football stadiums and large-scale entertainment venues. A highly organised and proactive individual is required to support project operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to AV installation projects.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external clients.
  • Organise and facilitate start-up meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organised project documentation.
  • Update project tracking databases regularly.
  • Follow up on orders with internal departments and suppliers.
  • Add materials and accessories to orders to ensure project teams have necessary resources.
  • Produce transport documentation for materials and equipment.
  • Manage change notices and provide solutions to challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate file management for invoicing and subcontractor payments.
  • Track budgets, schedules, and quality throughout project lifecycle.
  • Conduct administrative tasks for project closures.
  • Ensure project management's health and safety documentation remains up to date.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from management.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in construction or engineering.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • PMP, CTS, CTS-D, or CAPM certification.
  • Experience using D365.
  • Knowledge of the audiovisual sector.
  • Experience with construction sites and health and safety protocols.
