Permanent Quantity Surveyor - Civils Sector

- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within the Civils / Groundworks sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Ability to prepare bills of quantities, cost plans, and financial reports (NEC and JCT Contracts)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
