Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a qualified teacher of Media Studies looking for a temporary supply role in Oldham?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic Media Studies teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary academy in Oldham.

This is a full-time temporary supply teaching role from January 2025 to February half term initially to cover a temporary sickness absence.

The Role

Teacher of Media Studies AQA GCSE and AQA A level

Five days a week

Calm confident behaviour management skills where students can share beliefs in a safe supportive environment.

A flexible teacher able to adapt lessons to a broad range of abilities, beliefs and cultures.

An enthusiastic media studies specialist who encourages and develops analytical skills and an understanding of bias and strong writing skills.

The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers or experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching AQA A level Media Studies to students aged 16 to 19.
