Neos Engineering are currently working with a leader in the Heavy Plant sector who are looking for a Service Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a big brand within the sector that is well known & well respected within this field.

The ideal candidate for the Service Manager role is someone from the plant sector and potentially worked as a Service Manager for an OEM. This role is for someone who has managed and led a Service department efficiently and used to the day to day changes that a Service Manager is used to!

The day to day role of the Service Manager is to make sure the service element of the business are performing perfectly and clients are being looked after. In this role you will be overseeing a team of staff mixed between engineers out on the field and office staff. The clients are of upmost importance, if machinery is down it can potentially cost thousands in downtime, so quick rectification is vital!

The Service Manager role is predominantly office based and you will very rarely be required on site. The company is a well known & well respected brand within the industry, this is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate to either progress or someone who is experienced within this field who wants to make the service department their own.

The role has international travel that is required, you will also be responsible for product training, and will be given training to engineers.
