Key Responsibilities:

• Assist KS1 students in their academic and personal development.
• Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide 1:1 support for students who require additional assistance.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education or childcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their well-being.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support the evolving needs of the classroom.
