Position: Remediation Technician
Location: Oldham, Manchester
Salary: 32,240 per annum
We are a highly respected Property Care renovation company, based in Oldham, Manchester, known for our work on both modern and historical properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Damp Proofing Technician with experience in damp proofing, building preservation, plastering, and joinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stripping plaster and installing various damp and waterproofing systems.
- Implementing waterproofing systems.
- Removing and installing timber, solid floors, and skirting boards.
- Conducting dry lining and wet plastering works.
- Installing ventilation and structural stabilisation systems.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in plastering.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a practical, hands-on role.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
