Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct thorough assessments and interventions for children and their families.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
- Regularly review and update case files to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Provide support and advice to families, working towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised qualification in Social Work.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in children’s services, assessment, and intervention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
