The ideal developer will have proven experience in developing high-performance, scalable web applications, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders.The successful applicant will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong understanding of both existing and emerging web technologies. This role offers a hybrid working model, based out of their Oldham / Failsworth office.Core Skills for the PHP Developer Role:

Strong understanding of PHP and modern development practices.
Proven experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
Proficiency in MySQL and database management.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Ability to manage time effectively, working both independently and within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
